Bighill 2 For 1 Pizza Close | More Info Went to Bighill - aka . Tom's Hideout Lounge lastnight for the superbowl. There was free jambalaya on im guessing because of the saints aspect of the game. A free pizza was also passed around during halftime. Tasted great even bought 2 pizzas to take home after the game. Service was great, pizza was great last night and even right now for lunch !! We waited 2 hours for our meals, which most of us received cold. The people who ordered salads didnt get them until the meals came out. Our father, who was the guest of honor, didnt receive his meal until last, and it was a completly different cut of meat then he ordered. We were all very upset by this time, and spoke to the manager. The service is so fast you get your food in under 20 minutes. The atmosphere is calm as all you smell is their amazing food. The value should be higher because everything is perfect. They say they deliver...only on certain days. Then, even when they say they will deliver in an hour, they call after and hour and a half to say it's going to be another hour yet! And, all they offer is to waive the delivery charge??? Unaccepable! This is a reoccuring problem. So sad since the food, for the most part, is good.
