We joined a tour to Jasper a week ago and we stopped at this Chinese Restaurant for lunch. We had the worst experience with the waiter's service. When the check came, it was $25.42. We thought that we put a $20 and one $5 bills with a one dollar coin on the table. After an hour we shopped around in town and get ready to return to the coach, we was the waiter was waiting across the street for us to return to the coach. i adored eating here. the teas are amazing, especially the pear one. i love the soups and the atmosphere was so friendly. i went for lunch and ended up staying for three hours drinking tea and talking to the owner. a wetaskiwin must.

I recently visited the Cajun House for a girls night out. Our server was very friendly and accomodating to my dietary requests. I love that they offer petite portions on most meals, so I can save room for dessert. The Steak Jefferson was tender and melt in your mouth. I HIGHLY recommend the warm white chocolate cheesecake...it is worth every calorie girls. They have a nice wine selection and the bottles are very reasonably priced. We had a great time and will be back soon.

My husband and I chose to have our first dinner here, the food was nothing special & the service was unprofessional, we were embarrased by the waitress when she asked if something was wrong due to our only $12 tip (on $138 bill), so we're cheap. If she said that to me I would have asked for my $12 back, my husband was humilited & felt obligated to give another $10, when it wasn't worth a $22 tip. I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

We took a friend a month ago, and where apologizing afterwards that the burgers just weren't as good as normal. I went again yesterday and found the same thing, realizing that the patty itself is now different - dry, like carboard, no flavour. I have been a HUGE fan, living here all my life. What a shame to change something so great. BAD mistake.

I loved this cabin so much, I ignored the reviews I read about Sandy, figuring that I deal with Old Ukranian men quite often. He was actually okay to deal with, so we booked our June 26th, 2010 wedding there in May of 2009. We dropped off our deposit in October when Sandy had told us to. I'd love to rave about how great the food was and how we had a beautiful wedding but Sandy called us early April to let us know that we were double booked and couldn't have our wedding there anymore. For the people who think this place it great you must have LOW standards. The service was so slow! Took over 30 min for our meal to be delivered to our table. We ordered the Perogies, sausage and coleslaw. 1st cheemo make way better perogies than this place. The sausage was dry and chewy and the coleslaw was meh. For what we paid I could have bought a coil of Mundare sausage, a bag of cheemo perogies, a bottle of Kraft dressing and a bag of Salad Express coleslaw and fed MORE people, tasted a 100 times better and taken less time to get on the table.
