Went to Bighill - aka . Tom's Hideout Lounge lastnight for the superbowl. There was free jambalaya on im guessing because of the saints aspect of the game. A free pizza was also passed around during halftime. Tasted great even bought 2 pizzas to take home after the game. Service was great, pizza was great last night and even right now for lunch !! I did also see where the food was prepared, you are able to see it when you order your pizza at the window. Nothing out of the ordinary...

After new management earlier in 2009 the service, quality and cleanliness went wayyy down, even though it wasnt all too impressive before. The place looked dirty, and I caught a glimpse of the back where counters and food prep areas were revolting, and food was out on the counters not being refridgerated, even meat. The pizzas were off tasting and greasy, and little value for the buck. The older man working there was rude and dirty, didnt wash his hands or anything, and had no apron and was filthy with dirt on his clothes. Dont bother trying here, unless you too would like to complain and have a bad night with Big Hill 2 for 1 pizza.
