In fact, several paths for family dining lead to Capers. This restaurant has been satisfying the craving for everything from ribs and pizza to lasagna, jambalaya and chicken cordon bleu since 1979. Long Huynh accepted the challenge of taking over the varied and extensive menu when he bought the establishment in 2005. People tell him that they prefer the ribs at Capers over the ones at the most famous rib places. While he's flattered by the compliment, he's too busy perfecting his touch for everything else he serves to let it go to his head. He makes all his own sauces for his ribs and pastas, using no chemicals or preservatives. Try the Capers Honey'd Ribs, a full rack of pork ribs flavored with honey and a hint of molasses and served with a super-stuffed potato. If you're in the mood for pizza, Capers will feed you and everyone you can fit in your minivan with its signature 30-inch party pizza. You won't find a pizza this size anywhere else in town. Round up the family, or the entire team, for a satisfying meal at Capers.

The restaurant is famous for pasta by using traditional recipes without any chemicals added. Its pizza & ribs also get the thumbs up from their customers. The current owner has been in the pizza business for over 15 years.
