April 21, 2008 my husband and I ate at your restaurant in Vegreville. I ordered "Hashbrowns" right off the menu, as it was printed. When the waitress brought me the hashbrowns, they were deep fried potato nuggets. This was not what I had hoped for, but the grated potatoes that are fried, and what I assume hasbrowns are. Although frying is not the best for oil reduction, it is much better than deep fried in hot oil and I refused the so called hashbrowns and the waitress returned them to the kitchen but she told me I had to pay for them anyway. I hadn't tasted them, or anything, but that didn't matter. It is not the money that is the issue but the fact that a customer cannot refuse a dish that they have ordered for any reason whatever and are required to pay for it regardless of whether they have touched or tasted the dish.
